You must be at least 25 years of age to reserve a room 
at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort.

Guarantee and Cancellation Policy
A Rental Agreement must be signed and included with the Reservation Deposit  A Reservation Deposit of $ 350.00 will be required for booking the reservation
